Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with an engineering focus to oversee and manage the successful implementation of robotics-driven construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, automation, and project management, ensuring seamless integration of robotics into project workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects that incorporate robotics, automation, and smart technologies, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
Collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders to integrate robotic solutions into construction processes.
Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution, maintaining quality and safety standards.
Analyze site conditions and optimize robotic applications for efficiency in construction workflows.
Manage risk assessments related to robotic deployment, automation challenges, and structural integration.
Provide technical insights on engineering solutions, robotics-assisted construction, and materials technology.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and construction best practices.
Serve as a liaison between engineering, robotics development teams, and construction site operations.
Train and educate on-site teams on the proper use of robotics and automation tools.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably with robotics or automation integration.
Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and robotic applications in the industry.
Proficiency in BIM, CAD software, project management tools (Procore, Primavera, or similar).
Experience with IoT, AI-driven site monitoring, and autonomous construction machinery is a plus.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, technology-driven environments.
