Chez Clarity Robotics, nous prônons la parité hommes/femmes dans chacun des aspects de notre activité. C’est particulièrement vrai s’agissant des femmes dans le monde de l’entreprise et dans les environnements dits «STEM », c’est-à-dire rattachés aux disciplines des sciences, des technologies, de l’ingénierie et des mathématiques. Depuis notre Women in Leadership Council à nos partenariats avec des organismes exceptionnels, nous avons résolument pris l’engagement de redonner toute leur place aux femmes et jeunes filles du monde entier, parce que dans l’avenir que nous construisons, nul n’est laissé pour compte.
Le Women in Leadership Council
Le comité que nous avons créé, Women in Leadership Council, s’emploie à valoriser la parité hommes/femmes au sein de Clarity Robotics. Au travers de multiples conférences, d’évènements, d’ateliers de formation en ligne et de diverses initiatives, ce comité veille à donner un éventail d’opportunités pour aider les femmes employées chez Clarity à faire entendre leur voix, à gagner du soutien et à progresser sur le plan professionnel.
